Jayne.
Just posting up some photos I took of my friend, Jayne on January 20th, 2010 for her upcoming modeling folio.
Film.
My first try at film with our TTL (Through The Lens) Assignment where we photograph anything and everything and try to get it right.
So I pretty much just shot whatever i could at school and then continued it on my way home and then shot some of my best friend Sarah.
I found it very difficult at first because i had never used a analogue camera before but i got the hang of it. i got the dial in the middle of the box straight so i was pretty proud of myself.
I scanned my negs at PIC onto my hard drive so i could post them up.
Here's a few of my negs i started with.

PIC Day Out.
On Thursday, Febuary 18th.
It was my first proper assignment and really my first day at PIC where we met up at Federation Square.
We were assigned to go out and find our way to Harbour Esplanade and take some photo's along the way.
I had no idea where i was heading, i couldn't even read a map (hopeless i know!) so i followed one of the teachers, Marcus to the spot.
It's Amazing what you find in Melbourne City.

Photoshoot Of Jessi-Lee
These photos were taking during schoolies in 2008 where i was photographing my best friend, Jessi-Lee on the beach to test out my neeewwww nikon d40x!
It was a very fun day, making her go into the water in her favourite dress, having her complain about sand in her underpants and the wonders sunscreen could have done for us if we has not forgotten it.
I think they turned out great taking into account that i didn't have that much knowledge about cameras or photography.
I took most of them in black and white because the contrast and lighting look so much more amazing compared to the coloured ones.
You be the judge.

Making A Start.
Okay well, I'ts now April and I finally have pulled my socks up and made myself a blog for my photography during schooling this year at PIC.
Ill catch everyone up by adding in my recent activities and assignments during PIC and out of PIC.
So here we go, I'll post up some photos i have taken before i came to PIC. It's a big mixture of all types of photography as i have not found my favourite type as of yet.
